Video: Youth Lagoon - Raspberry Cane

San Diego-based musician Trevor Powers A.K.A Youth Lagoon released his momentous album, Wondrous Bughouse, earlier this year and today he's shared the video for 'Raspberry Cane' from that release. Directed by Stephen McNally the animated clip depicts humans as they observe ginormous, alien-like creatures going about their business. There's something about the animation style that lends itself to themes of birth and re-birth - languid colours and liquid images fading into each other - which in turn suits Powers' sonic temperament perfectly.
