Morcheeba surprised us all last year when they announced their imminent arrival on our shores and appreciative fans turned out in droves to catch them last night at The Powerstation in Auckland. The first of two New Zealand shows, with another tonight in Wellington at the Opera House, the UK down-beat/trip hop trio played a cross-section of new material from recent album Head Up High and old favourites with frontwoman Skye Edwards putting in a particularly special performance.  Check out some photos from the evening below thanks to Stella Gardiner...
