Interview: Miles Bonny

A deep thinker and empathetic soul, American hip-hop/soul beatmaker, DJ, singer/songwriter and trumpeter Miles Bonny got his musical start in the late 90s after moving from New Jersey to Lawrence, Kansas to attend university. In Kansas he began producing music and founded the regional hip-hop website Lawrencehiphop.com, leading him to become a pivotal part of the scene. From there became a member of SoundsGood, and collaborated with the likes of Deep Thinkers, Ces Cru, Sage Francis, before stepping out as a solo artist under his own name.
