Indie pop outfit Dictaphone Blues is giving a taster of things to come with single 'Her Heart Breaks Like A Wave'. The forthcoming album has been created under the solo helm of Edward Castelow, who has taken a analogue approach to recording by employing half-inch tape machines, vintage desks and ribbon microphones to lay down the tracks, before using modern technologies to manipulate and mix the sound. Castelow says the decision to record solo this time round was due to  his "singular vision" for the songs.
