Stream Black Strobe's New Album 'Godforsaken Roads'

Parisian electro-rock outfit Black Strobe, helmed by producer Arnaud Rebotini, is streaming brand new album Godforsaken Roads. The record, which sees international release today, comes off the back of 2007 offering Burn Your Own Church and includes a EDM cover of Johnny Cash's famous track 'Folsom Prison Blues'. Rebotini says he was influenced by Americana and has returned to the roots of traditional songwriting, while still using his European electronic heritage for production. "I try to keep the primitive idea of rock 'n' roll and mix it with electronic music," he says. "I sing about a fantasy Dixieland, it's my European vision of Americana, country and blues, maybe you can called it 'Spaghetti Americana'." Take a listen below...
