Lead Up To Laneway: Sohn - 'Artifice' Live On 4AD Sessions

Vienna-based musician SOHN brings his A-game to this live delivery of 'Artifice', which was filmed as part of the British musician's 4AD Session early last year. The high-production performance clip was directed by Austrian filmmaker Andreas Waldschuetz who was inspired by Stanley Kubrick's mind-blowing movie Space Odyssey 2001. "Listening to 'Artifice' the first thing that popped into my head were neon tubes," Waldschuetz explains. "I love neon lights. I love its coldness and sterility, and the graphical element that comes with it. All in all a glitchy piece of art".
