Video: Parquet Courts - Pretty Machines

Parquet Courts, who last year released the excellent album Content Nausea under the playful moniker Parkay Quarts, have expanded on the idea of duality in their new video for 'Pretty Animals'. Co-directed by bandmember Austin Brown along with visual artist Johann Rashid, the clip follows Brown through a seemingly mundane day in Brooklyn brandishing a undeniably fake moustache and a pair of dark glasses. Piling on to the theme of skewed duplication, the video also plays with double exposure to push the story along in a captivating way, check it out below...
