Video: The Eversons - Emily

Video: The Eversons - Emily

Friday 27th February, 2015 10:07AM

A fictitious dumpling restaurant on Dominion Road sets the scene for the fantastic new video from The Eversons for their latest single 'Emily'. The track, which is from the group's upcoming second album, is a love song with its arrow aimed at New Zealand music icons such as Dave Dobbyn and Split Enz, but in the video the object of desire for lively lead singer Mark Turner is the restaurant's reluctant waitress, played by JJ Fong (Go Girls, Step Dave). The video was created by the directorial duo of Thunderlips from Candlelit Pictures, and is possibly the best 3:20 minutes your eyeballs will spend today...

The Eversons are undertaking a nationwide tour to celebrate the release of 'Emily', see below for dates and details.
