San Fran garage band Thee Oh Sees have announced a new record and shared psychedelic opening track 'Web'. Set for release mid-May via Castle Face Records, the forthcoming album is titled Mutilator Defeated At Last and follows on from last year's effort, Drop. Feast your ears on 'Web' below...
