Video: Alphabethead - Nasdaq

Wellington turntablist Alphabethead has teamed up with director Tristan Brooks to create a new video entitled 'Nasdaq'. Brooks has previously made visual offerings for experimental-folk artist Seth Frightening (including this one from late last year), but he has taken a different tact with this latest clip, stitching together grainy footage of frantic stock trading floors and high-res graphic imagery ripped from YouTube, while the bass-heavy tones from Alphabethead pull it along. The track appears to be a stand-alone single from the talented producer, but to hear more of his work you can check out his album Quartz Plumage, which came out late last year.
