Video: Don McGlashan - Lucky Stars (UTR Premiere)

Musical icon Don McGlashan is premiering the majestical new video for 'Lucky Stars', the lead single from his forthcoming album of the same name. The crafty clip was created by production team Trophy Wife, who used hand-cut paper puppets in the style of German silhouette animation pioneer, Lotte Reiniger, to play out a scenario of a man stopping for petrol and observing his surroundings, only to see the mundane unfold into the beautiful. The Lucky Stars album will be released on Friday 17th April, in the meantime enjoy the clip below...

Don McGlashan has a couple of appearances next week, on Wednesday 14th April he is joining In House: Songs And Conversations at Q Theatre in Auckland, and on Saturday 18th April he is performing at Southbound Records alongside SJD for Record Store Day 2015.
