Video: Dictaphone Blues - Lance's Tape

Dictaphone Blues has delved into the world of VHS for the new video for 'Lance's Tape'. The song is the fourth and final single from the Mufti Day album, which has already spawned some top notch videos for 'Cryptic Lipstick' and 'Her Heart Breaks Like A Wave'. This latest effort follows the adventures of our hero "Lance" as he embarks on making a VHS video directed, edited and starring himself.  The track was inspired by a pornographic tape that did the rounds among some Dunedin schoolboys in the 90s, frontman Eddie Castelow explains: "If you asked the right person, you got lent it, took a dub and returned it".
