Stitches Single Release Party

Stitches celebrate the release of second single off their Debut EP 'Harder Times' with With Thin White Lines, The Nowhere Effect and Royal Jackets.

STITCHES are a hard rock trio known for their heavy hitting riffs, soaring melodies and faultless songwriting. The band released their debut five-track EP Harder Times. Produced, engineered and mixed by Dave Johnston of Tui-award-winning rock band Villainy with assistance from engineer Matt Keller (Luger Boa, Dead Beat Boys)

In tandem, the band's first single 'Blood on Your Harem' received prominent airplay on The Rock FM's esteemed Off The Record segment. In support of the release, Stitches completed their own successful headline tour of the country in March this year, and have taken their immersive live performance to the stage alongside the likes of These Four Walls and Ekko Park.

Now, Stitches are set to release the second single 'Light'.

THIN WHITE LINES unique form of Groove Punk earned them the auspicious title of Ding Dong Lounge Battle Of The Bands Champions in July of 2014 and are working on their next release. Come and check out what the hype is all about!

THE NOWHERE EFFECT have opened for NZ's Gin Wigmore, play at Tirau's biggest (and only) independent music festival, 'Neilstock' and have now just finished recording their crowd-funded debut EP, 'Bigger' at Auckland's Revolver Studios. Thier unique sound can been described as atmospheric pop/rock with an edge of darkness.

ROYAL JACKETS have been gigging extensively for the last 2 years, and as well as opening for classic pacific rockers Hello Sailor and 80’s pop hit makers the Narcs, have recently secured a support slot on I AM GIANTs 'Science and Survival' Album release tour shows.
