The 2014 Auckland Ska Festival

The 2nd installment of the Auckland Ska Festival is on it's way.

On Saturday Dec 6th The Kings Arms opens its doors again to the AKL SKA FEST for another seething night of bouncing, ska, reggae and all the bits in between bought to you by the best bands NZ can offer up.

This countries finest ska acts will alternate between 2 stages after DJ's warm things up in the garden bar in the afternoon.

Wellington 7 piece BATTLESKA GALACTICA will make their first ever appearance in Auckland with fellow wellywoodies DIMESTORE SKANKS returning for their second throwdown.

Stoked to announced one of this countries finest musicians REGAN PERRY will be heading up from Mount Manganui to play the fest, fresh off a tour of the U.S.A.

Confirmed and flying the flag for Auckland will be ROOFDOG, BAREFOOT, SURREY BOUDIT, NIGHTGAUNTS, YEBIISU, ATSUSHI AND THE MOISTIES plus an offbeat set from Dave n Sims of MURDERCHORD. More bands and selectors to be announced soon.
