On the back of their first NZ performance at 2016’s Splore Festival, acclaimed Austrian producers Klangkarussell will play their debut headline show at Wellington’s Bodega on Friday, February 19th. Described as “an epic deep house duo with a wicked knack for sexy sax”, KlangKarussell are following up a huge 2015 with their first trip to Australiasia.

Favourites in their home country of Austria, Klangkarussell’s biggest hit, Sonnentanz, reached the Top 10 in Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and their home nation. The duo also boast a gold record in the United Kingdom alongside platinum records in Germany and Switzerland. Their debut album, Netzwerk, was released in 2014 to critical acclaim, with the album peaking at number two in Switzerland’s top 40.

Klangkarussell will follow up an anticipated set at Splore Festival 2016 with a one-off headline show at Wellington’s Bodgea.
