Folk at the Old Folks returns in 2016 with a stunning Winter Series line-up featuring some of the best folk artists from around the country!

First up on Saturday 28th May we have:

The Pipi Pickers play banjo-licious bluegrass music. Based in Leigh, they have performed at almost all of NZs folk festivals, are regulars at the Bunker and are one of our country's most established and favourite bluegrass groups. This four piece know how to play, offering energetic, hard-hitting and contemporary bluegrass.

Dave Alley, a multiinstrumentalist singer-songwriter who has performed with countless duos and trios but offers a stunning solo performance of his own songs. He often brings a stomp box along with some slides and his well worn Maton guitars.

We will bring you all the things you loved about us last time, mulled wine, cookies, tea and coffee only we are offering full concerts that will begin at 8pm.

It will be $20 on the door and we have limited tickets available.
