The EP is grounded in an electronic setting; a new and unexplored format for Blaek - in her own words stating that “Suddenly I had so many options to change things and play with the sound, it gave me a different way to use sound to communicate the ideas in my head.”

This work was co-produced by Wellington based producer Alexander Green. Between the acoustic instruments and electronic presence throughout the 4 track EP one can’t help but acknowledge the individual pieces have an altogether complete and unique sound which is at times intimate, and at other times distinctly restless and uneasy in feeling.
