Porcelaintoy is an innovative two-piece band based in Wellington, New Zealand. Combining elements of trip hop, glitch and synthpop, Porcelaintoy is led by singer/composer Elizabeth Judd. The band was formed by Elizabeth in 2008, initially as 'Taboosister'. In 2009, she teamed up with electronica producer Emile de la Rey, with whom she had worked in the past as ‘Sstimuluss’. Shortly after they were joined by Ross Walker, bassist, for their live shows. They are currently working on their second album, “Contrite Elegant Rebel” and performing shows throughout New Zealand.
