I'm a disk jock who has just moved to Wellington. I play a lot of different genres, but Funk, Soul and Afrobeat are my fav's. I am a co-founder in Auckland's longest running Funk night 'Shrine' which started in 2000.

I started DJing back in 1998 and along the way have been lucky enough to play beside some amazing bands and DJ's including the P Funk Allstars, Alice Russell, Lyrics Born, The Roughness, The Blacks Seeds, The Hot Grits, OdESSA, One Million Dollars, Opensouls, P Bass Expressway, The Shades, The Aviators, Magnetic Funk, Dave 'b Funk' Bowman, Kris from Soul Jazz Records, Daniel Ward, Selecta Sam, Uncle Barnie, Cesar the Spanish Fly, Automatic, Funky Murray, El Gato Negro, Jason Rockpig, Jason Lonsdale to name but a few.

I was lucky enough to have DJed on Auckland's 95bFM from 1998-2008. Thanks to everyone there that has helped me and put up with me peddling of the Funk.

I also run AotearoaFunk where people can go as a kind of NZ Funk forum, but also to see what is happening throughout the country with Funk
