The Midnights were formed in 2002 and their current line-up includes Berin Hunter on drums, Chris Varnham on keys, Tobias Wright on bass and Leo Horgan on guitar and vocals.

The Midnights music is an original blend of rocksteady, blues, rock and soul that also incorporates flavours from dub, afrobeat and jazz.

After a long period honing their skills (learning) in shows and at Festivals around New Zealand The Midnights look forward to the release of their debut album in early 2009.
