Already touted as THE new band of 2008 Auckland’s The Naked And Famous have certainly hit the ground running.

Their debut vinyl release is scheduled for the same day of release as their 6 track EP This Machine and contains the first two songs from it. Kill The Littleblackdots is already looking like following its predecessor into the upper reaches of the national Alternative charts and has been causing a commotion on the bNets with its intriguing guitar intro and gritty delights.

Repping the B-side Serenade is currently the most successful song on the Radioscope Alt Chart in 2008, having dominated the top spot for 4 weeks. A classic unrequited love song, which takes off like a racehorse on P, this is unmitigated, twisted pop business at its very best. The Naked And Famous 7” comes housed in a dazzling stenciled cover, individually done by the band themselves, it’s all a bit special.
