Tuesday, 28th October 2008 12:00PMJohn Darnielle and Peter Hughes return to New Zealand on the back of their latest album 'Heretic Pride' and this time they're bringing their cohort, drummer Jon Wurster, whom just happens to also be a member of Superchunk.
And just added to the two shows is SideKickNick...
Over the past nine years Nick Buckton has been working on his craft in different studios and bedrooms all over Auckland, bringing something different to bands such as; Polar, Tokey Tones and Voom.
SideKickNick is Nick Buckton's solo project and 'Miscellaneous Adventures' is its debut album.
As a live ensamble SideKickNick also includes Mike Franklin Brown (drums), Murray Fisher (bass), Brendon Morrow (keys/fruit/bvs)and Peter Hobbs (guitar/bvs),
