Listen: The Courtneys - Silver Lining

Flying Nun has announced that slacker-pop trio The Courtneys have been added to their roster to release forthcoming album The Courtneys II. The Vancouver group, who are long-time fans of the label, were in the country last year for a couple of shows and in anticipation of the tour told UTR: "We all love Flying Nun and the bands on that label, which makes us even more excited to come to New Zealand. It’s an influence on our sound. We would love to meet The Clean!" The band are the first ever non-New Zealand group to ever sign to the iconic label.

The Courtneys II is slated for worldwide release on 17th February via Flying Nun
