Tuesday, 12th January 2010 12:00AMSad news over the break, singer/songwriter Vic Chesnutt who visited NZ in July last year passed away on Christmas Day. He'd been in a coma for a couple of days after an overdose of muscle relaxants - he was 45. Check out this article on the NY Times site for more info.
