Interview: Black Lips
Tuesday, 26th January 2010 4:34PMHailing from Altlanta, GA, Black Lips are heading back to NZ for the second time to play Laneway Festival in Auckland next Monday (1st Feb) and Wellington’s SFBH the following night. We got an opportunity to chat to bassist Jared Swilley last week, yes the guy that had the fight with Nathan from Wavves and no we didn’t ask him about it, sorry it just didn’t come up. We did however chat about their crazy tour of India, the album that came out as a result, bands he likes and their plans for the year ahead. Click here to check it out.
The last couple of months of gigs have been awesome but heavy on the pocket so because we love you and want you to come to Laneway we have a bonus ticket up for grabs.
