The Cribs NZ Tour Update: CHCH Canceled, Auckland Venue Change, Myspace Secret Show
Wednesday, 17th February 2010 11:27AMA bit of a public service announcement for you regarding The Cribs NZ tour which kicks off next week.
The Christchurch show at The Bedford has been cancelled - refunds available from point of sale. The Auckland show which was to be held at the Powerstation has been moved to the Juice Bar at Windsor Castle. And finally, The Cribs will play a Myspace Secret Show on Feb 23rd - the show will be free and all ages - more details below. The Wellington show at Bodega will go ahead as planned.

MySpace is delighted to announce celebrated UK four-piece, The Cribs will be treating their Auckland fans to a FREE and intimate Secret Show on Tuesday February 23rd. Rumoured to be hosted at one of New Zealand’s most iconic private venues, The Cribs will showcase tracks from their latest album, ‘Ignore the Ignorant’ with their newest member Johnny Marr - former guitarist and songwriter for The Smiths.
Fans can find out specific location details for the Secret Show by adding www.myspace.com/secretshowsnz as a 'friend' and registering their mobile number on the profile from Monday February 15th. Once the secret location details of the show are revealed, they will be sent directly to the phones of registered MySpace users. Entry works on a first-come-first-served basis.

southern amp was always going to fail which is a bloody shame as its a good concept and yes poor organisation but also lack of decent venues to hold an event likle that, concrete stadiums just dont make good all day venues, i never want to spend another hour at the wetspac arane let alone a whole f**king day
