Woah! We sure hope NZ gets some good fall out from this years Spleandor In Grass festival in Australia, the line-up has been announced and it's HUGE!

There won't be any official any official Splendour side-shows for bands outside of oz until late may, early June.
I couldn't find anything on Florence either, and I hacn't heard anything until that comment, hope its right, but unlikely.

Does anyone know if a lot of bands are tipped to fall out from Splendour? I did hear that Florence is making a trip back in July, but I'm trying to find a source.

Would be great to see Mumford and Grizzly Bear here aswell. Such a fantastic line up, would be keen to go if it came here..

its roumored that The Scissor Sisters will be here, the Strokes deffinately wont. Temper Traps august show is considered an official splendour side-show. The Ting Tings and Jonsi are tipped to play BDO '11. Mumford and Sons, or Band of Horses might announce a late sideshow, but its getting increasing unlikely. We've had Pixies, Passion Pit and Florence and the Machine here already this year, and Ben Harper and Relentless 7 last year. Birds of Tokyo have announced an NZ show but its R18.
I was hoping to get The Strokes, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Mumford and Sons, Band Of Horses, Florence and the Machine, Laura Marling, Grizzly Bear, Midlake, Scissor Sisters and Richard Ashcroft and the United Nations Of Sound here at some point this year, but its looking bad.
