Press Release:

Velvet tiger presents ...

Nashville sensations JEFF THE BROTHERHOOD machine gun NZ tour December 2010 Auckland show at postage stamp sized venue!!!

Screaming out of Nashville armed only with a three stringed guitar, a beaten up drum kit and a fox tail: what they lack in gear, JEFF The Brotherhood compensates with guts in ten fold. Gigging anywhere from art galleries and basements to rooftops and womens bathrooms, brothers Jake and Jamin Orrall have carved their names deep in American rock with their punchy, fuzzy, solid sound sharing stages with Jay Reatard, Sonic Youth, & Battles AND doing time in their now defunct punk group BE YOUR OWN PET.

Seize the chance to see them in intimate NZ venues this December – two shows with fellow fuzz bros the Transistors from Rangiora – and an Auckland show at Auckland’s best kept secret – the Mexican wrestling themed Lucha Lounge in Newmarket.

Jeff The Brotherhood with The Transistors – Christchurch @ Goodbye Blue Monday – Thursday 2nd December
Jeff The Brotherhood with special guests – Auckland @ The Lucha Lounge – Friday 3rd December
Jeff The Brotherhood with The Transistors – Wellington @ Mighty Mighty – Saturday 4th December
