Video: Ghost Wave - Sunsetter

Despite having yet to be officially announced, their inclusion in the Arch Hill Recordings camp at this Sunday's label sound off with Muzai Records was a pretty big hint that Auckland band Ghost Wave had signed with the label. 

As of a few moments ago, Arch Hill has made a honest band out them with a press release announcing the band's signing for the release of an EP next month. Full details below but first, here's the band's debut video for track "Sunsetter" which you can also download below.

Arch Hill are very pleased to announce the forthcoming debut EP release by Auckland band Ghost Wave.

The EP was mostly recorded in their Sandringham garage "Ghost Cave" and a Kingsland loft.

It features seven propulsive cuts that will hook you in like a powerful magnet. At the Arch Hill office the EP has been glued to the stereo for the last month. We can't wait until everyone else gets to hear it.

The band have been playing shows around the traps in Auckland, including carpark parties with their buddies Surf City, Camp Low Hum.

And they also play at the upcoming Arch Hill vs Muzai BBQ in Auckland on 6th March with The Clean, Street Chant, Surf City, Full Moon Fiasco, Sherpa, Oneise and more...

The EP is out on Arch Hill on 4th April 2011.
