Stream The New Battles Album - Gloss Drop

Battles released Gloss Drop, the follow-up to critically acclaimed 2007 album, Mirrored, on Monday, and have given the album up for stream in its entirety. It's a change of musical tact for the maths rockers; some of these tracks sound positively pop and they have recruited a bevvy of vocalists to lend a hand. However, Gloss Drop retains the intricate methodology earlier Battles outings possess - perhaps even more eclectic (single 'Ice Cream' being the perfect example) - simply delivered in a more accessible package.
