Ryan Adams has started causing an online stir in anticipation of his new solo album, and called Ashes & Fire it will be released in October via Adams' own label Pax Am. Glyn Jones is producing the album after successful turns on albums Heartbreaker and Gold, while Norah Jones takes hold of backing vocals across the album.
