Listen: Black City Lights - Collapsing Horizon (feat. Julia Catherine Parr)

We can't tell you much about new Wellington outfit Black City Lights but we can tell you that their debut single 'Collapsing Horizon' is damn good.  With vocal contributions from Julia Catherine Parr, who could easily be mistaken for anyone from Florence Welch to Victoria Legrand (Beach House), a top of the moody,  atmospheric musings of Calum Robb - it's a little addictive.
