Tommy Ill is due to release his new full length album New Hat and Haircut in the new year and he just went on the Late Show with David Letterman to talk about it...

...well, not really, but someone in the Tommy Ill camp has done an amazing job of replacing (what we think is) Lady Gaga with Tommy Ill in the Late Show studio. And hey, if Gaga doesn't wear any pants, neither does Tommy Ill.
