On Saturday April 26th the Wellington Waterfront will be transformed for the inaugural Vodafone Homegrown festival and it’s shaping up to be the mother of all summer gigs.

Vodafone Homegrown will feature 5 stages set along the waterfront with 35 of the best Rock, Pop, Indie, Dub, Roots and Dance acts our fair country has to offer.

If you have any doubts about what’s in store, here’s a taste of who is already confirmed; Shihad, Pluto, The Mint Chicks, The Checks, OpShop, The Feelers, Goodnight Nurse, Motocade, Kora, Salmonella Dub, Concord Dawn, Tim Phin, Ladi 6, Dick Johnson, Minuit, Tiki and The Phoenix Foundation.

With only half the acts released the line-up is already looking IMPRESSIVE and the promoters are promising plenty more to come when the final announcement is made in late January.
