Live Photos: Flying Out Xmas Party, Kings Arms Tavern

New online record store Flying Out held an extra special Xmas Party at the Kings Arms over the weekend that featured acts from some of the local labels on sale through the store. From Flying Nun there were The Verlaines who performed two sets, one with original lineup performing their recently reissued debut album Hallelujah - All the Way Home, Surf City from Arch Hill and Dunedin bands Astro Children and Trick Mammoth from Muzai Records and Fishrider Records respectively. We were lucky enough to have some of the evening captured for us by the multi-talanted Mr Flying Out/Flying Nun/Arch Hill himself, Ben Howe, who took some amazing shots - check them out below...
