Pete Doherty goes to prison
Wednesday, 9th April 2008 4:10PMThe Babyshambles’s troublesome front man Pete Doherty has been sent to jail for 14-weeks for drug offenses and failing to arrive a probation hearings on time.
A spokesperson saying Doherty was being put away for “breach of time keeping, non-compliance of his order and using different drugs”.
It's likely the singer will only serve a month but if he stays the full length, he will miss his slot at Glastonbury.
