Joan as Police Woman’s follow up to her debut Real Life is a collection of warm, dreamy pop numbers, which do their damdest not to interrupt what ever you may be doing, and offer a light background opinion to daily life.
Joan Wassers voice is really unassuming and it’s nice to see a vocalist try to blend with their music rather that dominate.
Further into the album the intensity varies but the overall kick back effect sounds through.
