Mamas really packing tonight! One of our favourite Jazz Cats is coming to town - Bob Heinz - wholl be up from Christchurch to sit in on guitar. Well also have our local favourite Terry Casey on his soulful harmonica. In the engine room will be Ian Parker (Shaken not Stirred) on drums and although he gets around, we like to call him our own, George Barris on bass.

Bob settled in Christchurch in the mid 60s and has since been engaged in professional jazz and commercial music as a band leader, solo performer, sideman, and teacher. His experience as a studio musician has included a considerable amount of work in radio and television. He has composed and arranged for his own groups on National Radio and has toured several times with the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra as a casual player.
