Jon Sanders and Dave Alley are pair of musicians on the leading edge of all that is true and great about the world of music today.
Having both travelled extensively picking up influences and musical styles along the way the duo combine their knowledge of music and their unquestionable talents and chemistry to put on a show that is truly a superb musical journey. Over the course of a show Sanders Alley voyage from Eastern Europe, to the Middle East, over to Spain, UK & Ireland, across to the Americas and onto the Pacific.
The driving rhythm and melodic mastery of Jons reknowned Bouzouki, Guitar and Ukelele playing is a show on its own as is Daves highly expressive blues inflected guitaring, explosive percussion work and soulful vocal lines. Brought together the combination soars, ducks and dives through self-penned works such as Jons Pure Afghan and Daves Dingle Day or equally they may cover works by other artists reworking such classics as Johnny Cashs Folsom Prison Blues or Bob Marleys Could You Be Loved.
This is a brilliant act that will raise any preconception you may have of what two musicians can create with their acoustic instruments of choice and they will leave you humming for days afterwards...
