95bFM presents Fancy New Band Nights - fresh off the breakfast show with Mikey Havoc.

This months lineup is full of young fresh unsigned potential, featuring:

_MIHO
She has worked with orchestras, trained in Cuban flute playing and played numerous international jazz festivals, as well as dates at WOMAD. Shes even featured playing flute with Iggy Pop on that Orcon ad - who knew' Now with a 4 piece band, Miho performs music she likes to describe as Japanese punk jazz. Playing SXSW in Texas straight before FNBNs!!


_FOX AT THE DOOR
Theyre a little bit rocky, a little bit punky in places, and with Fox at the Door have too many influences to name - but alcohol does feature prominently. The bands features Stu on guitar, Easy on Bass, T-Bone on Rhythm and Crisp on Vocals.


_THE PINK POUND EXPERIENCE
With a bit of electric 80s zest and a dash of just about everything theyve heard since, the Stu Larsen/Sai Davenport/David Kidston/Henry Davies music square - a genius one indeed. Synth heavy and ready to a-go-go.
