Anna Coddington is one of New Zealand’s foremost heroines of independent pop music, as is evident on her debut, self-produced album “The Lake”, released in June 2008. Coddington has sung for Bic Runga, Anika Moa, SJD, Dimmer and also on the casually released pop gems by her former bands Handsome Geoffery and Duchess.
After a busy year in 2009 touring here and overseas, performing with Fly My Pretties and Eru Dangerspiel, and furiously writing and recording demos for a new album, Anna is eager to get back on the road. She will be presenting some of those demos as fully grown songs!
Ms Coddington has a unique talent for writing beautiful songs with a twist of reality. This promises to be a magical concert.
