From the bowels of hell and an incinerated car-wrecked tape monster comes TAPE MAN & HIS HOUSE ON HAUNTED HILL! - The continuation of the never-ending misadventures of THE MYSTERIOUS TAPE MAN. Esoteric surf trash made right here in Whangavegas that has toured the length, girth and heaving mountains of the Land of the Long White Cloud, the radioactive dust-storms of the Australian desert plains and several European villages as well! After an initial film-shooting accident, director Darren Hercules became a hybrid videotape/man and discovered amazing magical powers of guitar chord progression and a secret message from an unknown voice from beyond this reality. Then he plays mysterious one-man shows all through New Zealand, Australia and Europe untill he crashes his cool car on tour on exotic Sardinia Island. His record label, Stink Magnetic, then retrives the magical tape and duplicates it 3 times in a secret lab to create an enitre band of tape men called THE TAPE MEN who continue to play even though the original man is dead. However, when the 3 Tape Men scatter across the entire planet, PLANET OF THE TAPES, it becomes apparent that there was always a fourth member - THE GHOST of the original TAPE MAN! Now he has summoned, in an ancient and sacred way, FIVE spooky Ghost Tape Zombies that together form what shall now be known as TAPE MAN AND HIS HOUSE ON HAUNTED HILL!
Joining this fearsome spectacle will be DOUBLE YA D - The Man Witch, plus a guest or two to be announced eventually.
