The 30-piece juggernaut, Eru Dangerspiel, is back for two New Zealand shows.
Last year’s one-off concert was the talk of 2009 and to celebrate the release of their 5.1 DVD they are coming at you to offer up some truly unique live jams cradled by intelligent audio & visual technology.
Helmed by Riki Gooch (TrinityRoots) the band will feature new special guests and past band members including Whirimako Black, Anna Coddington, Mara TK, Lewis McCallum, Chip Matthews & Isaac Aesili (both Opensouls), Joe Lindsay & Scott Towers (both Fat Freddy’s Drop), Mike Fabulous (The Black Seeds), Ned Ngatae (Dimmer), Submariner & the 15-piece Dangerspiel Choir.
Bringing together a vibrant mixture of local musicians, more than just a celebration of band leader Riki Gooch’s idiosyncratic compositions - the Eru Dangerspiel concert is a celebration of New Zealands musical community and its intimate connection with audiences across the country.
