GIG GUIDE - Event Details

Ashley, Kerian And Al

Ashley, Kerian And Al

Fri Sep 3rd, 2010

,
Doors open: 7:00 pm
Gig starts: 7pm sharp
Entry: All Ages

Ashley Knox:

Probably the one of the finest acoustic guitar singer-songwriters youll ever hear, Ashley outstrips the likes of John Mayer in originality,

sincerity and polyphonic harmony. His music pulses and travels, invigorating the ears of listeners with fresh original tunes. A teacher and a seasoned performer, Ashley has agreed to travel all the way from Raglan, so itd be rude not to oblige him with a couple of minutes listening.

Keiran and Alex:

Splitting up the second hour of the night are singer-songwriters Keiran and Alex, who will be playing originals both together and separately. Keiran is a superb alternative rock songwriter with an excellent voice. His influences include Radiohead, Elliot Smith, Andrew Bird and Jeff Buckley. He is currently in a band called Welcome to Concrete with front man Alex, who will be performing a few folk rock melodies himself to add a little more indie to the evening.

A not-to-be-missed line-up. Come and enjoy a quality show for free at the ambient Baci Lounge.
