The Pancho Brothers are a trio of fun-loving banditos who happen to have developed a particular set of musical skills over a long career. Probably because they were born in NZ into a family where music has always been the centre and way of life, music has always been in their DNA.
Prominent for their exceptional tightness and dynamic stage presence, this reputable Auckland based 3 piece rock outfit, commands musical aptitude combined with their intense power rock.
The boys have been playing together since a very young age and so even though they may appear to be a couple of young lads, they cannot be considered as babies in the music industry. Since leaving NZ in 2001 the brothers have set stage across the ditch in Gold Coast, Coffs Harbour, Sydney, and Tasmania, over to Singapore and Philippines, then back home to NZ.
With diverse influences from Nickelback and Metallica to Bob Dylan and Neil Young, to ZZ Top and Rodrigo y Gabriela, besides the thousands more. The brothers' style of music is a blend of hard modern rock, with old-school structure, topped with 3-part folk-rock harmonies, and a bit of mexican guitarra.
