Anna Coddington and band are returning to Wellington for a one off show in the beautiful heritage building setting of 3C bar.

Last year Anna got in touch with her inner performer, taking the stage in shiny outfits with Fly My Pretties and Eru Dangerspiel, but outside of that spent most of her time nutting out ideas for new songs in her home studio. This year she got the band in to bring those songs to life, and a new album is due out early next year.

Featuring Ned Ngatae (Eru Dangerspiel, Trinity Roots) on guitar, Riki Gooch (Mr Eru Dangperspiel, Trinity Roots) on drums, Mike Hall (Nightchoir, Steve Abel) on bass, and L.A. Mitchell (Dave Dobbyn, The Dukes) on keyboards and vocals, Annas songs are sounding bigger and better than ever. With a song in the Top 20 of the Silver Scroll Awards, a headlining tour, support on Tom Jones NZ tour, and the recent release of brand new single Bolt, this year Anna has asserted herself as a writer and performer to watch.

This one off show will see Anna and band preview a selection the new songs as well as perform tunes from debut album The Lake, and a few other numbers. With support from Mike Hall of Nightchoir, whose beautiful, melodic tunes have seen them receive rave reviews, this show is not to be missed!
