Hey everyone!
PHANTOM TOLLBOOTH is back for one gig at Medusa, joined by the Slur Tones and Everything Revs. After a decent break, weve polished up our set and are ready to get back on the stage. If you havent seen us before, come and see the results of a couple of years of experimental improvisation-driven group composition - this aint no one (wo)man band.
THE SLUR-TONES: This quote sums them up nicely: Imagine if Franz Ferdinand merged with The Strokes and The Mint Chicks, and youre there. The yellow-jacketed guitarist/vocalist, Fabian Shaw, is simply gifted. Each song The Slur-Tones performed at the final could stand up on any radio station in the land. The Press (8 Sept 2008)
