DEFAMER unleash their second assault upon NZ with support from NECROTERNAL, BULLETBELT, HORRENDOUS DISFIGUREMENT and SABBATIC GOAT.
DEFAMER - Founded in 2006 and based in Brisbane, DEFAMER are a Death Metal five piece influenced by the likes of Asphyx, Incantation and Bolt Thrower blending dark occult atmosphere with punishing and crushing Death Metal.
Performing with some of the most respected stalwarts in Australian Metal this tour marks their return to NZ shores to reinforce their dominance across the Tasman.
NECROTERNAL - After years of dormancy NECROTERNAL will once again unleash their Black/Death attack. With stengthened intensity and resolve they are set to push their aural assaullt to new extremities.
BULLETBELT – With two EP releases and a spate of gigs with some of New Zealand's most renowned bands; BULLETBELT are one of Wellingtons most respected and iconic Black Metal bands.
HORRENDOUS DISFIGUREMENT - Bone crushing Death Metal brutality featuring members of legendary band CORPSEFEAST.
SABBATIC GOAT - Intense Black/Death Metal reminiscent of the likes of Order From Chaos, Teitanblood, Revenge, Antediluvian etc. 4 originals and 1 cover of a cult US horde. One of the most interesting and unique bands to come out of Wellington.
Tickets now on sale through Under The Radar.
ATTENTION: Unfortunately Defamer are no longer able to play either New Zealand dates planned for this weekend.
Statement from Defamer: It's with disbelief and a deep-seated anger that Defamer are unfortunately forced to pull out of their upcoming New Zealand assault. With flights booked for over 6 months we've endured about 5 itinerary changes from Jetstar, most of which were harmless, until a final change made only last night left us stranded. Many variations to the travel plans were tried but unfortunately there was too little time.
We know the Auckland and Wellington hordes will still relish the chance to watch a crushing display of metal, and we hope to make it back next year with a new album in tow....but on a different airline.
In light of these new circumstances Internecion Productions wish to inform everyone that the door price is now $10. Anyone who bought an online pre-sale will get a refund of $4 or exchange tickets for cash on the night.
