Students w/ valid ID $10 For one night only 'RISE UP!' presents a tasty triple bill featuring local favourites Box Juice,Tasty Brown and Zion Hill performing at one of Hamilton's best known live venues, Altitude. RISE UP! is the culmination of an extremely busy year for these three hard working outfits on the local music scene. Each is on the cusp of releasing an album and all have been steadily and consistently gigging over the last several months building up both loyal audiences and funds for their recording time. Delivering a sublime mix of Reggae, Roots, Soul, Funk - and even some Rock thrown in - RISE UP! aims to be more than just another gig; creating an atmosphere that will have the audience coming back for more. Underpinning their desire to deliver the best possible experience, the bands have aimed to keep the night affordable, with a limited number of $15 pre-sales being released as well as $10 student tickets. Alongside Zion Hill, Tasty Brown and Box Juice - DJ Keville will be providing the perfect soundtrack as the evening progresses. It's a night not to be missed.
