Funky times ahead! FUNKOMMUNITY will host their album release party at Matterhorn on Saturday 12 November. Funkommunity's Isaac Aesili and Rachel Fraser are no strangers to the NZ Music Scene. Having played, toured and collaborated with some of the country’s top artists, the prolific pair now join forces to create Chequered Thoughts, a forward-thinking album of future soul music. Funkommunitys live band will be supported by Riki Gooch and Taay Ninh on the decks. This gig promises a night of pure funk, soul and dance. Free entry. From 11pm.
